It's true... according to a UN report titled Livestock’s Long Shadow–Environmental Issues and Options our personal choice to eat meat contributes more to greenhouse gas emissions than our choice to drive a car. In other words, the greatest thing each of us can personally do to stop climate change is eat less meat.
